As part of the “Northern Hub” rail investment programme, Network Rail is planning to redouble the track at Dore and Totley station and reinstall a second platform. 

There will be an exhibition of the proposals over the next three days at Abbeydale Sports Club, Abbeydale Road South, Dore, S17 3LJ

• Friday 15 November 2013, 10:00 – 14:00
• Saturday 16 November 2013, 10:00 – 14:00

These works are expected to generate significant economic benefits, and faster, more frequent journeys between Manchester and Sheffield.
