Amey are reporting that the resurfacing of Mickley Lane, due to start tomorrow will now be delayed until July/August.

This is due to the national grid/Gas needing access below the road surface.

Amey have been working hard to try to prevent new surfaces being dug up shortly after by utilities, and I wish them the best of luck in this. I’m sure we can wait a little longer for Mickley Lane if that is what it takes.
